If you get this error message, please send a log file and our engineering team will take a look to see what happened.
- To send a log file, go to Settings -> Log in the app. Then click Send at the top right.
- If you do not have an email account configured on your iPhone, you may get an error message.
- Please add information about how we can help you with the app.
- If you have already submitted a support ticket, please include that ticket # so we can tie the log file back to your question.
- Then click Send again at the top right. We'll take a look at the log file and get back to you.
