If your Apple Watch steps are not up to date on your Fitbit dashboard, it's usually because your watch has not synced to Apple Health recently. Apple syncs the watch with Apple Health at random times based on when they think it is most convenient for you. By the end of the day, your watch and Apple Health will be in sync. Once Apple Health is up to date, you should be able to sync to Fitbit with accurate data.
If you would like to force your watch to sync with Apple Health, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure the Apple Activity app is not running. If it is, force close it.
- Launch the Apple Activity app. The steps in the Activity should be the same as your Apple Watch
- Launch our app and click "Sync Now".
- Make sure the Fitbit app is not running. If it is, force close it.
- Launch the Fitbit app. The steps in the Fitbit app should be in sync with your Apple Watch and Activity app.
If your Fitbit dashboard is still not up to date, it is usually because the Fitbit app hasn't updated to the most recent data. To manually sync the Fitbit dashboard, restart the Fitbit app:
- Make sure the Fitbit app is not running. If it is, force close it.
- Launch the Fitbit app.
