Streakster is about making healthy life changes, and sometimes that means stopping a bad habit. You can choose a pre-set bad habit like “Limit Soda” in the Health category, or create your own.
When choosing quantity to complete, select 1 times per day. At the end of the day, you can mark the habit completed if you succeeded in not having any soda.
Alternatively, you can use a different number of times per day if you’re just trying to limit your intake rather than cut it out completely. For instance, if you wanted to “Limit Snacks” to two times per day, you can choose that as the quantity. When you eat a snack, tap the yellow + button to mark it down. When you reach your limit, the habit will be done for the day. But if you eat a snack beyond your goal, you’ll have to swipe the habit left and tap undo!
