A streak measures how many days in a row you have completed a habit. Streaks are broken down into two categories: individual and daily. An individual streak is the amount of times in a row you’ve completed a single habit. It could be as simple as getting out of bed in the morning or as complex as running a marathon. Whatever your individual habit goal is, when you complete it, you start your streak! The more times you complete your individual habit streak, the higher your Streak score will be!
Daily streaks are the number of days you’ve successfully completed all of your habits. When you complete all of your habits for the day, you get a daily streak. The more days in a row you complete your habits, the higher your streak will be. See how high you can get your daily streak score! Friendly competition with friends and family never hurts :)
