Quick Start - Beginning a Walk or Workout

- On the Home screen you will see 3 modules - Today, This Week, Overall
- In the "Today" module tap the blue "Begin Walk" or "Begin Workout" button
- If this is your first walk or workout you will see an app tips screen. Click "Continue" when done reading the tips.
- You should now see the workout screen that looks like this -
- The workout screen shows all the exercies for this workout and how long each exercise will be.
- Click the play button |> in the video for some warmup advice.
- When the video is done tap the "Start" button to start your workout.
- When you reach the end of the workout the app will automatically go to the results screen.
- On the result screen don't forget to click "Save" to save your workout.
