Apple Health to Fitbit Sync can only sync Steps, Weight, or Bodyfat % data from one data source. If you would like to change the source of your data, go to the Fields tab.
Note: the following instructions are for Steps, but are interchangeable for Weight or Bodyfat %
- If you are trying to sync Apple Watch steps, select Steps under your active Apple Watch. (If you have multiple watches listed, and you're not sure which Apple Watch is your active watch, please visit this FAQ)
- If you are trying to sync iPhone steps, select Steps under your iPhone. In order for your iPhone to record steps, make sure you have Fitness Tracking on. On your phone, go to Settings -> Privacy -> Fitness & Motion -> Turn Fitness Tracking on.
- If you are trying to sync Steps you've manually entered into Apple Health, select Steps under "Health"
- If you are trying to sync steps from another app, select that app.
