Step 1 | Sync your Fitbit data to Apple Health app using myFitnessSync
- Launch the myFitnessSync app
- On the main screen click the "Login" button to login into your Fitbit.com account.
- On the Fitbit login screen type in your Fitbit username and password and click the "Login" button
- On the Fitbit data access screen click the "Allow" button to allow the myFitnessSync app to have read access to your data. Make sure to leave all fields checked. Especially the "profile" field. We cannot sync your data without access to these fields.
- You may be prompted to open the myFitnessSync - Fitbit to Apple Health app. Click "Open".
- On the main screen of the myFitnessSync - Fitbit to Apple Health app click the "Sync Now" button. NOTE: If you only want to sync certain fields click the Fields button to disable those fields.
- On the Apple Health app Access screen click "Allow" in the popup.
- Click "All Categories On" to allow myFitnessSync to update your data in Apple Health.
- Click "Allow" at the top right.
- If this is your first time syncing your Fitbit data with myFitnessSync - Fitbit to Apple Health app it could take up to 5-10 minutes to sync all your data with the Apple Health app. Please be patient and leave the myFitnessSync app running in the foreground. Do not use another app until syncing is complete. If the myFitnessSync - Fitbit to Apple Health app goes into the background you will have to sync again.
Step 2 | Sync your Fitbit using the Fitbit app
Before myFitnessSync - Fitbit to Apple Health app can download your new Fitbit data you must sync your Fitbit device using the Fitbit app.

- Clicking "Sync Now" will launch the Fitbit app for you. Wait for the Fitbit app to finish syncing. (Make sure your Fitbit is close enough to your phone and launch the Fitbit app)
- The Fitbit app should connect to your Fitbit and start syncing automatically. If the app doesn't connect automatically and sync, click on your Fitbit in the app and scroll to the bottom of the next screen and click "Sync Now" (For more on how to sync your Fitbit visit this link at Fitbit.com)
- Click "Back to myFitnessSync" at the top left of the Fitbit app.
- When myFitnessSync returns it will start syncing your data to the Apple Health app!!
- When syncing completes click "Launch Apple Health App" to view your data. (Launching the Apple Health App is only supported on iOS 10)
Step 3 | View your data in Apple Health app

- Launch the Apple Health app
- Click on the "Health Data" tab at the bottom.
- All of your data will be under the Activity or Sleep section. Click on either on.
- View your Steps, Sleep Analysis, Active Energy, Resting Energy, Dietary Energy, Walking + Running Distance, Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Heart Rate, and Flight Climbed.

To avoid getting duplicate data in Apple Health, make sure Fitness Tracking is disabled on your iPhone. On your iPhone go to Settings -> Privacy -> Motion & Fitness. Disable Fitness Tracking for the Health app in the list of apps.
